About Vinyas

Vinyas (Sanskrit): Style or design, generally indicating intricate patterns.

Based in beautiful Bangalore, Vinyas is an art studio that aims at keeping alive the traditional art forms of Southern India. We use same techniques of these traditions that have been passed down many generations thereby contributing to the longevity of these unique and precious art forms.

Of these art forms, Vinyas specializes in Mysore and Tanjore styles of paintings. We feel that the intricate patterns of these styles are not only a challenge, but fun. Adding to this, we have tried to come up with rare subjects and compositions that demonstrate our skills in these styles.
