How to Order

• Initiate Order: Here’s where you express your interest in buying one or more paintings. We will contact you for the payment information and to answer any questions you may have on the ordering process.
   
• Initiate Work: Pay an initial deposit so the work on your order can begin.

• Browse through our vast collection of Mysore and Tanjore paintings.
   
• When you find a painting that you are interested in, select the quantity, an appropriate size (or a custom size), and click on “Add to your shopping cart”.
   
• Once you have finalized all the paintings you are interested in, click on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top right corner of the page.
   
• Once you are in the shopping cart section, you can change the quantity, or even remove paintings from your selection.
   
• Fill in your personal details – please provide us with at least your name, email address and phone number, and click on “Initiate Interest” button.

• We will contact you with several options to make the initial payment. This is usually 50% of the total price of the order (excluding shipping). At this point, you can also indicate your choice of shipment.
   
• Once the initial deposit clears with a financial institution, the work on the order begins. From this point you can track progress of your order by going to our order status section.
   
• If you haven’t done so already, choose a shipping method. We will give you the total cost of the order, and choice of payment method.
   
• Once the final payment is cleared, we will ship your order and provide you with tracking details.

• All paintings will be delivered without frames to avoid breakage of glass or frames in transit. Sizes mentioned are the actual sizes of the painting, painted area.
   
• Three to four weeks are required for delivery depending on the size of the painting. Time period doesn’t include the time incurred in shipping.
   
• Rush Service may be available at an additional cost of 10% on your order A Rush order is defined as an order that we ship the painting within 15 days from the date of confirmation of the order.
   
• The prices of the painting may vary according to the sizes, subject, and intricacy of the work and usage of gold. Sometimes a smaller piece may be far more valuable than a larger one.
   
• Orders received will be confirmed only on receipt of the payment which should include the cost of shipping.
   
• Orders against cheques are executed on its realization.
   
• Packaging: Vinyas will make sure that the painting is packed properly to ensure it's safety while shipping and at the time of delivery.
   
• Shipping and handling charges [courier]
  Shipping and handling charges are not included in the prices quoted against the art work. These may vary depending on the weight and size of art works and country destination, which will be informed via E-mail upon confirmation of the order.
   
• Mode of Payment:
