When can I expect my painting to arrive?
The painting will be delivered with 3-4 weeks from the date of realization of the payment. You will be notified of the exact date of shipment via e-mail.
I do not know much about art, but I know what I am looking for. How can I find something that appeal to my thought?
If you are an avid art collector or professional art buyer, we recommend that you utilize feature to request for art so that we could offer you the artwork that fits your preferences quickly and efficiently. Whether it is a specific type of work, price, medium, color, size, orientation, or area of interest, you may specify them in this section.
Do I get the same services that are provided by an art gallery?
Yes, we provide you assistance in choosing a painting.
Why don’t you provide frames for your paintings by default?
Frames add considerable weight to the painting, and the cost of shipping increases.
Since framing is not our expertise, we prefer our customers choose their own favourites, depending on where the painting will hang, the colour of the walls, etc.
Can you still frame my painting for additional cost?
Yes, we can. Please mention this when you place an order, and we will add this to our quote.

What happens after I place an order via the web site?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email with details on making initial deposit. Vinyas can start the work on painting only after the initial payment has been received and cleared with a financial institution. We prefer to have the initial deposit within 7 business days of order, so we can schedule work on your order.
How can I check on the status of my order?
For your convenience, we provide the status of your order. The following statuses indicate the progress on your order:
Waiting for Initial Deposit:
The work on the painting has been scheduled pending the payment of initial deposit.
Pending:
The work on the painting has not started.
In Progress:
The work on the painting has started. This includes preparatory work, engraving work, painting or finishing.
Work Finished:
The work on the painting is complete, and the painting is ready to be shipped.
Shipped:
The painting has been shipped. At this stage, we will contact you with the shipping information such as tracking numbers, courier details, etc.
Can I cancel the order after the payment has been made?
You can cancel the order as long as the status of your order is “Pending.” For such a cancellation, you forfeit 20% of your deposit. You can check the status of your order by

Shipping
Can I track my order during shipment?
Absolutely! You will be given the courier name and tracking number once the painting is shipped. We will also provide you with instructions on tracking the shipment.
How is the artwork packed and shipped?
Vinyas will make sure that the painting is packed properly to ensure its safety while shipping and at the time of delivery. As the artwork is extremely delicate and expensive, we engage carriers who specialize in the shipping and handling of artwork to ensure highest level of safety. All paintings will be packed using plastic bags to guard against water damage.
What are the
shipping
costs?
The cost of shipping depends on various factors – the destination, size of the painting, total weight, shipment priority, courier, etc. Once we receive the order, we will estimate the shipping costs for various options and will email you the same.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For orders outside of India, the payment is strictly by a cashier’s check or wire transfer. This makes the processing of your orders faster. We are exploring a way to accept credit cards via PayPal, but please check with us before you plan to do so.
For order within India, we accept bank cheques, demand drafts, wire transfer, Money order, Net banking. Please

Do you accept credit cards?
We are exploring ways to accept credit cards via eBay’s PayPal service.
Is my information safe?
Vinyas will ensure that you have a safe and secure online shopping experience. We respect your privacy and do not share your personal details with any third party. Customers are advised not to enter their credit card details in a place other than in the secured payment page provided by us. Also never disclose your credit card number to a person, even if someone pose to be speaking on our behalf, unless until gives you a assured identity, e.g. Your Order number. We do not require your credit card number and do not ask our customers to mention it over phone or send it via e-mail.
Do you accept International orders?
Currently, we accept orders from India, UK, US and Canada. If you are in a country other than these, please contact us so we can evaluate if we can accept your order. This has to do with our ability to accept payments from that country, and to track shipments to that country.
